Shipping & Delivery Policy | Mimiprops

Thank you for choosing Mimiprops. We are committed to delivering your props safely and efficiently. Below you will find our shipping terms and conditions.

1. Order Processing Times

 

All orders are subject to a processing period before shipment.

  • Standard Orders: Processed within 48 hours.

  • Priority Mail Express: Processed within 24 hours.

  • Operating Days: We process and ship orders Monday through Friday. We do not process, ship, or deliver orders on weekends or U.S. Federal Holidays.

Note: Estimated delivery times provided at checkout refer to the time in transit and do not include the initial processing time.

2. Shipping Rates & Carriers

 

We partner with USPS, DHL, and UPS to provide reliable delivery.

  • Domestic Rates: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the total weight of your order and your destination.

  • Free Shipping: We offer Free Standard Shipping on all U.S. orders over $200 (excluding Alaska and Hawaii).

3. Delivery Estimates

 

While we ensure your package is handed to the carrier within our processing window, Mimiprops is not responsible for delays caused by the courier service (weather, volume, or mechanical issues). You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships.

4. International Shipping

 

We ship worldwide! However, please be aware of the following:

  • Duties & Taxes: The purchaser is the "importer of record" and is responsible for all applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees.

  • Customs Delays/Seizures: We are not responsible for packages seized or delayed by customs. If a package is seized and not returned to us, we cannot issue a refund.

  • Refused Packages: If you refuse a package due to customs fees, or if it is returned by customs due to local regulations, the original shipping fee is non-refundable.

5. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

 

Mimiprops LLC is not liable for lost or stolen packages once the carrier confirms delivery to the address provided.

  • If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you haven't received it, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.

  • We recommend shipping to a secure location or a monitored address.

6. Incorrect Shipping Information

 

Please double-check your address at checkout.

  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, the customer is responsible for the original return shipping cost and the cost of redelivery.
