We have made every effort so that what we do inspires you.
What items are eligible for a FREE returns option?
- If we shipped you an item in the wrong color
- If we shipped you a defective or damaged item
- If your made-to-order items cannot be shipped by the original time stated
- Orders cancelled within 24 hours of payment confirmation will be eligible for a full refund.
-Wooden and metal props can be returned within 14 days.
What products are non-returnable?
-Products cannot be returned if they have been used, soiled, or if the packaging is destroyed. The product must be in new, resalable condition.
-Unfortunately, due to fraud concerns, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for any of the gift cards we sell.
-Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
-Digital educational resources cannot be refunded.
-Items purchased through the Darkroom are non-refundable
I'm not happy with my purchase, can I return and exchange it?
-If you're not absolutely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for an exchange, credit or refund within 24 Haurs of receipt
-You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
-If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
